The ForesTEEN project offers European teenagers aged 15–25 years old a financial grant called ForesTEEN EU Passport funded by Creative Europe, including reimbursement of travel costs to network festivals (with accommodation provided by the host festival).
The ForesTEEN EU Passport programme provides a travel budget to a limited number of young people used as a tool for engagement, dissemination and learning in order to support participation in festivals and activities of the ForesTEEN network.
The ForesTEEN network is creating a transnational community on the platform, as ‘social network’ where participants can find other people with similar interests and passions.
The grant includes:
- Travelling to one of the countries involved: Italy, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Serbia, Spain
- Travel expenses reimbursement (based on kilometres and type of travel – green and non-green – from 150 EUR up to 350 EUR)
- Free accommodation (the type depends on the hosting festival)
- Be part of the ForesTEEN programme within the festival
- Meet other teens and create connections throughout Europe
