Through the Ambassadors of Good Practice Programme, Creative FLIP is supporting 10 peer-learning exchanges designed to identify and showcase exemplary practices on how local communities in non-urban areas are revitalised through arts and culture.

Vilnius UNESCO City of Literature has announced a call for applications for its creative residency programme, scheduled for 1–31 December 2025.

Verpėjos (The Spinners) is inviting interdisciplinary artists to a two-month artistic residency in the Kabeliai village in Lithuania, from 1 June to 31 July or from 1 August to 30 September 2026.

Rupert (Vilnius) and Sonic Acts (Amsterdam) have announced the open call for the second edition of ALTERLIFE, a joint production and research residency that invites interdisciplinary artists and collectives to develop bold, process-driven work in response to the escalating climate emergency and the conditions it exposes.

‘Magic Carpets’ is a Creative Europe platform uniting 17 European cultural organisations. It supports emerging artists through residencies and creates opportunities to collaborate with other artists and local communities, fostering socially engaged art practices.

CreArt Kaunas and Kaunas Artists’ House announce an open call for land/environmental art creators and invite them to create land/environmental art installations in public spaces along the river Nemunas in Kaunas in May 2025.

Kaunas invites four artists from the CreArt 3.0 Network to work for six weeks in Kaunas AiR in the period of 5 May – 15 June 2025.

E75 Art Bus is calling for applications from professional artists resident in the regions of the E75 Art Bus route – Finnmark (Norway), Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, North Macedonia, Greece – to participate in a residency between April and June 2025 (ranging from 6 weeks to 2 months).

The choir Polifonija is calling for applications from composers under the age of 35 from Lithuania and Poland for their international creative laboratory – residency ‘Regina Libertas Vol. 2’, to be held in Šiauliai, Lithuania, from 5 to 10 May 2025.

Vilnius UNESCO City of Literature offers a four-week creative residency in the heart of Užupis, its iconic arts district, for writers, illustrators and literary translators between September and November 2024.

Sonic Acts and Rupert residency programme ‘Alterlife’, focused on collaborative responses to the compounding ecological crisis, are calling for interdisciplinary artists or collectives to apply for a two-part research and production residency.

CreArt 3.0 partner Artkomas is calling for visual artists for their residency in Kaunas, Lithuania, from 9 May to 16 June 2024.
