ECHO II: Traditions In Transition is a European cultural project inviting artists living in North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary, and working in the fields of painting, sculpture, graphic design, fashion design, craftwork and mural to create original artworks inspired by the following selected local traditions.
This open call is looking for 12 artists (3 from Greece, 3 from Bulgaria, 3 from North Macedonia, and 3 from Hungary), who are working in the fields of painting, sculpture, graphic design, fashion design, craftwork, and mural to participate in the first three (3) art residencies of the project (one artist from each country in each art residency).
- Győr (Hungary), April 30 – May 28 2021.
- Sofia (Bulgaria), May 1-28, 2021.
- Prespa (North Macedonia), May 1-28, 2021.
The project will cover your accommodation, travel and living expenses, as well as the expenses of the materials needed for the creation of the artworks (within the limits of the project budget).
