CYCLE UP! is launching the second round of residencies to develop artistic perspectives on bicycle cultures in four European cities between May and June 2025. This is an opportunity for artists to create impactful interventions that inspire local communities and decision makers to reimagine bike-friendly, inclusive urban spaces. Cities included are:

CreArt Valladolid opens a new call to invite an artist from the CreArt Network to present an exhibition project that will be part of the 12th edition CreaVA 25, to be held between 25 April and 31 May 2025.

Associazione Demetra, in collaboration with Indisciplinarte and within the framework of the C.U.R.A. project (Umbrian Center for Artistic Residencies), is calling for applications from artists and collectives of all backgrounds and origins for the Nutrimenti_Habitat Creativo 2024 residency, in Terni, Italy, from 8 to 20 January 2025.

BLIK BLIK, one of the largest festivals of light and art in public space in the Czech Republic, which takes place every year at various locations in the streets of Pilsen, announces an open call for the 2025 edition, from 21 to 22 March 2025.

Split Calling (festival of contemporary circus and outdoor art) is calling for applications for this year’s edition of the festival. All regional artists and collectives of contemporary circus and outdoor art are invited to apply with their work. The call is intended for regional artists from Croatia, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Kosovo.

The UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts Karlsruhe is extending an invitation to artists and media professionals worldwide for their 2024 project funding programme.

The European Heritage Hub project invites city representatives and heritage professionals to apply for its upcoming peer-learning visit in Nantes (France), taking place 6 – 8 November 2024.

As part of the CreArt network, the city of Clermont-Ferrand in France is organising a two-month residency from 3 October to 29 November 2024 for three visual artists at Chalet Lecoq. It will select two artists from the CreArt network and one from Clermont-Ferrand.

The General Cultural Services of the City of Oulu opens a residency call for visual artists in the CreArt network as part of the programme production of the Lumo Light Festival and the Urban Neighbourhood Culture of Cultural Centre Valve. The residency period is 21 October – 30 November 2024 and the realised works will be exhibited at the Lumo Light Festival on 22–24 November 2024.
