LOORE: Art Residencies for Ukrainian Artists and Cultural Workers (Estonia)

Thanks to the funding by the Nordic Culture Point, LOORE (The Estonian Creative Residencies Network) can provide support to Ukrainian artists, writers, curators, critics and musicians to undertake residencies in 2025–2026 with a member of the LOORE network. This will give artists the opportunity to make use of the different available opportunities of the organisations and the unique networking possibilities, such as visits, workshops, talks and programmes in other locations.

This open call presents eight different 2-month residency opportunities and a one-month residency extension opportunity from LOORE partners. Artists are asked to apply only to the residency programmes which fits their work and they can apply for maximum three residency programmes.

The residency partners are the following:

  • Narva Art Residency
  • Arvo Pärt Centre
  • MASSIA
  • Copper Leg Art Residency
  • TYPA Paper and Print Centre
  • Estonian Literary Society
  • Muhu Art Residency organised by the Estonian Artists’ Association
  • KORDON

All residencies provide free accommodation and studio access for artists. For details on residency-specific facilities, please refer to the description of each residency. Artists will receive a 1,800 EUR stipend total and 350 EUR in travel allowance.
