Moving Narratives is a multi-disciplinary mentorship programme, which supports artists to explore and strengthen creative practices that reconsider historical legacies and explore emancipatory movements. 

The Prince Claus Fund and the Creative Industries Fund NL are calling for applications from mid-career artists, designers, or creatives for their Building Beyond Mentorship, to be held online and in person throughout 2025.

The Prince Claus Fund is calling for applications from artists in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe for their year-long Cultural and Artistic Responses to the Environmental Crisis (CAREC) programme, aimed at accelerating engaged community-based cultural practices with a focus on climate justice that acknowledge the social, political and economic dimensions of the environmental crisis.

With the  Mentorship Award: Moving Narratives, Prince Claus Fund and the British Council will bring together 12 experienced, socially and politically engaged artists and cultural practitioners (± 7-15 years of relevant professional experience) who use culture to question dominant narratives and their role in our lives. The programme will begin in January/February 2024 and will run over one year.

The Prince Claus Mentorship Award will bring together 12 emerging artists and cultural practitioners (8-15 years of relevant professional experience) for a year-long programme aimed at accelerating engaged cultural practices and fostering leadership at the intersection of arts and environmentalism. Applicants must be individuals living and working in one of Prince Claus Fund’s working countries.

In 2021, the Prince Claus Fund implemented a new strategy to take it into the future including a fundraising strategy to meet immediate and long-term fundraising goals. It is now looking for a Head of Fundraising to deliver this.

Following the implementation of the new strategy in 2021, the Prince Claus Fund has developed its brand strategy. They are looking for a communications coordinator to implement the new strategy and coordinate communications activities at the Fund. Prince Claus Fund are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with an ideal start date of 1 January 2023.
