Following the implementation of the new strategy in 2021, the Prince Claus Fund has developed its brand strategy. They are looking for a communications coordinator to implement the new strategy and coordinate communications activities at the Fund.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Writing texts in English and Dutch for internal and external communication purposes with the oversight from Communications Manager.
- Managing all online & offline communications channels (including, but not limited to websites, social media channels & newsletter):
- Plan and create content.
- Monitor channels daily.
- Propose improvements to ensure growth, maximise reach and engagement of target audiences.
- Coordinating all communications activities at the Fund while closely collaborating with other teams in the organisation, collaborating partners, awards recipients and freelancers.
- Executing Prince Claus Fund campaigns with oversight from Communications Manager and support of Press Manager.
- Updating internal database (PerfectView) with relevant contacts and overseeing the newsletter subscribers list.
- Supporting Communications Manager in the implementation of the Prince Claus Fund Brand Strategy.
- Closely monitoring media & social media in the Netherlands and internationally for trends and Prince Claus Fund network activities.
- Executing simple design tasks where needed.
- Working collaboratively with PCF team where needed or requested by Communications Manager.
Prince Claus Fund are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with an ideal start date of 1 January 2023. They offer a gross monthly salary of between €2200 and €2560 depending on knowledge and experience and a one-year contract for 36 hours a week, with the possibility of an extension after the first year.
