As part of the Split Calling Festival, a six-day street theatre workshop will be led by internationally acclaimed theatre director, clown, and comedian Adrian Schvarzstein. The workshop will take place from 19 to 24 October 2025 in the public spaces of Split’s city centre (Croatia), concluding with a joint performance in the form of a performative walk through the city.
The education is intended for everyone interested in open-air art and street theatre artists of various practices, dancers, circus performers, actors, students of performing arts, practitioners of various artistic directions interested in working in public space. Experience in working with public space and performative practices is not required, but will be a valuable contribution to the workshop.
Participants will be provided with free registration, lunch, accommodation, and reimbursement of travel expenses up to 100 EUR.
