    Open Call: ASSITEJ Next Generation Programme, ‘Placemaking’ (Sweden)
    The Next Generation residency programme is an ASSITEJ initiative, designed to support artistic and cultural exchange and collaboration between international artists aged 36 years or below, interested in theatre for young audiences, at ASSITEJ events. ASSITEJ Sweden and the Bibu Biennial in Helsingborg invites 16 artists, critics, producers, researchers, from around the world to attend the Next Generation programme at Bibu 17 – 22 May 2022.

    ASSITEJ: ‘Cradle ReWired’ Collaborating to Explore ‘Theatricality’ for Young Audiences (Online)
    The Cradle ReWired project will explore how work can be presented in real life when audiences are not able to engage normally with theatre/theatre spaces. Artists from South Africa and Belgium will be paired to explore ideas together, with one or two proposals selected to present at the Cradle of Creativity festival at the Market Theatre, South Africa in August 2022.

    MedeArts: International Exchange in Theatre for Young Audiences (Jordan)
    MedeArts and ASSITEJ Denmark are calling for participants to an exchange programme in the field of performing arts for children and young people. The exchange will include a 10-day residency in Irbid, Jordan and two preparatory meetings online. It is also the intention that the participants will visit Aprilfestival 2022 in Denmark, but this is still to be financed and confirmed.
