Fjord Oslo is a free art festival that transforms Harbour Promenade in central Oslo into a large-scale outdoor exhibition of light. Bringing together and commissioning an international programme of renowned artists, this annual celebration is a broad exploration of light art. The dates for the third edition of Fjord Oslo are 3-6 November 2022.
From projections onto landmark buildings to intimate installations, site-specific light sculptures and immersive video work, the programme of the third edition will be dedicated to the dual theme of ‘Perspective / Prospective’. The first word refers to our personal point of view, our perception, our perspective. The second is our idea of the future, our look forward – the possibilities, the visions and expectations it holds.
Artists submit a budget with their proposal, including travel to Oslo.
