Festival ADAR are looking for groups of 4–5 artists/cultural professionals, legally residing outside Spain, for a 21- to 30-day residency in rural Asturias, Spain, to take place before 7 June 2027.
This is a space for A space for research, creation, experimentation, rehearsal, artistic development, preparation of a future work, recording, exhibition or performance. A finished work is not required. The proposal can be simple, and it can be one stage of a larger project you will complete later.
The residency takes place in Leiguarda, a small village in Belmonte de Miranda, surrounded by the mountains and landscape of central Asturias.
Eligible sectors include: architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts.
Each artist receives:
- 30 EUR/day
- 400 EUR–800 EUR travel support
- accommodation
- additional top-ups available when applicable
