The 4th edition of LINE-UP Academy will take place on 4–5 June 2026 in Sibiu, Romania, as part of the 10th anniversary edition of ESTE FILM Festival.
Selected participants will take part in a curated programme of workshops and panel discussions, guided by internationally recognised experts. The event is designed to offer a high-calibre professional environment for developing ideas and projects, while fostering meaningful networking, the exchange of best practices, and opportunities for collaboration with cultural professionals at international level.
The call for applications is open to students in film, visual arts, performing arts, and cultural management, emerging or established festival managers, industry professionals, and academic professors with relevant expertise. Applications are welcome regardless of age, gender, country, or nationality.
ESTE FILM Association, the organiser of LINE-UP Academy, will cover the costs of the accommodation for 3 nights (shared rooms, breakfast included), plus one lunch per day for 4 and 5 June 2026. Also, for participants that live and travel from outside Romania, LINE-UP Academy will offer a reimbursement of up to 100 EUR maximum per person of the total travel costs.
