HIAP Helsinki International Artist Programme

HIAP was established by 1998 by a coalition of arts organisations in Helsinki. The organisation has since evolved into a leading Nordic residency platform, facilitating research, mobility and cross-sector collaboration. The mission of the organisation is to create supportive environments where artists and arts professionals experience sustainable international mobility, cultivate community and advance environmentally and socially just ways of working.
