Polo Cultural Gaivotas | Boavista/Loja Lisboa Cultura is a centre for artistic creation run by Lisbon City Council. The headquarters building has rehearsal spaces, offices and a training space. A residency programme hosts artists who are have come to Lisbon to work on an artistic creation. The centre also runs an information service for cultural professionals – named Loja Lisboa Cultura – as well as a summer programme to present performances.
