The Polish Cultural Contact Point has recently published a document about European cultural networks entitled Closer Look: European Cultural Networks in Practice. The handbook offers in-depth information on the networks, how they operate and how they are formed with a series of examples. It also provides a special focus on the Shakespeare Festival Network and general tips and guidance on how to network.
