Since its creation in 1991 by a group of students from the school of fine arts of Bourges (France), BANDITS – MAGES organises a festival, origin and heart of the association. At the same time, BANDITS – MAGES has become a unit of support for creation and research in the field of images in movement and media art.
In 2013, the festival takes a new turn : it has become a yearly event and has taken the form of “encounters”.These encounters have the characteristic of being produced with some groups of students from different art schools and groups of artists. Conceived as an experimental broadcasting platform, it offers at the same time progamming that is open to all.
On the Move will be participating in a public discussion on 16 November at 10.00am on international cultural mobility.
