The Southeast and Eastern Europe Programme Officer (SEE Europe PO) will be hosted by a partner organisation in Belgrade, Serbia.The SEE Europe PO shall on behalf of Freemuse document, monitor and analyse violations of artists’ rights to Freedom of Expression in Southeast and Eastern Europe and monitor policies, laws and political and social developments that may affect freedom of expression. The work includes writing articles and analytical reports to Freemuse. Deadline: 28 August 2017.
