These positions are located in Brussels, Belgium. IETM offers a hybrid working model although weekly presence at the office is required. Communications Intern:
This is a full-time position to help strengthen the daily activities of the Communications and Membership department. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). The duration, salary and benefits are dependent on each individual’s circumstances. In general, the internship can be from 6 to 8 months, with the possibility of extension.
Production Officer:
This is a full-time position to support the Production Manager in planning and managing IETM’s events, which are held at various international locations, online and occasionally in Brussels, often in collaboration with local partners and organisers. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week). The wage is based on the Flemish salary scales for the performing arts sector (CAO PC304) Scale C+ with luncheon vouchers, per diems during IETM events and travel dates, and contribution to public transport.
Training and Project Coordinator:
This is an 80% position to help shape and manage IETM’s training programmes and projects, under the supervision of the Secretary General, in collaboration with other IETM team members and on regular occasions in collaboration with other cultural networks as well as members of the IETM network. The wage is fixed according to the Flemish salary scales for the performing arts sector (CAO PC 304) Scale A. Lunch vouchers are given for days worked.
