Goyki 3 Art Inkubator in Sopot, Poland, invites contemporary visual artists and literature professionals for a two-month residency (taking place either in Spring or Autumn 2027).
Goyki 3 AiR focuses on supporting the creative process and dialogue between artists from various disciplines. By offering space and time for residents, the goal is to support the development of new projects or the continuation of existing ones. Goyki 3 does not prescribe the final outcome of the residency, nor do they impose a specific topic. Instead they support thoughtful, research-based projects that take into account their location: the city of Sopot and the Goyki 3 Art Inkubator space.
The 2027 residencies will take place on:
- 5 April – 5 June (spring residence)
- 13 September – 13 November (autumn residency)
Artistic duos may apply for the programme; their residency will be subject to the same conditions as for individual applications.
As part of the artistic residency, Art Inkubator provides residents with the following:
- For the Spring Residency: Free accommodation in Sopot and a dedicated project budget of 2,000 PLN gross per resident. (Please note: travel costs are not covered).
- For the Autumn Residency: A residency fee/stipend of up to 10,000 PLN gross per resident to cover accommodation and living expenses, plus a dedicated project budget of 2,000 PLN gross per resident. (Travel costs are not covered separately, but the stipend can be used to offset them).
- For all residents: A dedicated studio workspace at the Art Inkubator and professional curatorial support.
