The Creative Europe-funded project CONTESTED DESIRES: Constructive Dialogues (CDCD) is calling for applications from visual artists who are passionate about unravelling colonial legacies and who are based in Tunisia, Ghana, Hungary, Chile, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, the Netherlands or the UK.

Studio Quantum is an international events and artist-in-residence programme from the Goethe-Institut, exploring emerging quantum technologies through the lens of art.  The Studio Quantum residences in 2024 are open to artists based in the following project locations: Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Nigeria, India (States of Karnataka and Kerala), and South Africa. 

Embodied Agents in Contemporary Visual Art is a collaborative research group inviting artists to participate for one year in a project focused on the intersection of robotic and computational technologies with embodied painting and drawing practices. With this open call EACVA is looking to select four projects for a 12-month residency period starting on 13 May 2024 and ending on 13 May 2025. Two projects will be based at the e-David lab (University of Konstanz), and two projects will be based at Goldsmiths, University of London.

The V&A Parasol Foundation Prize for Women in Photography is an exciting new annual initiative dedicated to identifying, supporting, and championing innovative women artists working in the field of contemporary photography. The 2024 theme for the Prize is ‘Histories’.

In partnership with Kunsthalle Praha, Delfina Foundation welcomes applications from curators based in Central and Eastern Europe for a one-month residency in London. The residency will take place from 28 February - 27 March 2024, during Delfina Foundation’s winter season.
