Within the framework of the SPECTRAL project, Filmwerkplaats in Rotterdam is offering a 4-6 weeks long residency during August-September 2023 for the creation of a performative analogue motion picture piece. Individuals and collectives can apply.

This year, CROWD network will select ten dance artists to exchange and collaborate with the support of network partner organisations. Working in pairs, selected dance makers will come together twice, each time for a two-week, focused residency in a new context. Alongside the residencies, between June and October 2023, the entire network will engage in digital, discursive sessions exploring community engagement in dance. The programme is open to artists based in Denmark, England, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, the Netherlands, the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia (DE), or Scotland.

Dutch festival Dancing on the Edge are calling a new generation of contemporary dancers from West Asia (a.k.a. Middle East) and North Africa (WANA) for the Dancing on the Edge Scholarship Program 2020. Dancing on the Edge (DOTE) offers scholarships to young talent (no older than 27 years) from the MENA region to attend a three-week summer dance workshop program in Amsterdam, taking place from 10-28 July 2023.

In the spring of 2023, Leeuwarden UNESCO City of Literature is offering a writer-in-residence programme. Writers and storytellers can spend a month (from 20 March - 15 April 2023) researching or working on a literary project, and getting introduced to their Dutch and Frisian colleagues. Poets, writers, biographers and literary translators living and working in one of the UNESCO Cities of Literature may apply.

The Digital Flying Carpet is calling for artists’ proposals. The Digital Flying Carpet is a project by Women Connected (WOCO) in collaboration with V2_Lab for the unstable media, Rotterdam. If your project is selected, you will work in collaboration with WOCO and V2_ on a digital dimension to WOCO’s acclaimed project The Flying Carpet, during the spring and summer of 2023.

For CODE 2023, creative professional and non-professional artists from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are invited to take part in a five-month journey of dialogue, critical discussion and co-creation about digital rights. Between February and June 2023 you will work with other participants on group artworks to be presented at international festivals and events.

In 2021, the Prince Claus Fund implemented a new strategy to take it into the future including a fundraising strategy to meet immediate and long-term fundraising goals. It is now looking for a Head of Fundraising to deliver this.

Following the implementation of the new strategy in 2021, the Prince Claus Fund has developed its brand strategy. They are looking for a communications coordinator to implement the new strategy and coordinate communications activities at the Fund. The Horizon 2020 project WaterLANDS has launched six calls for European artists to engage with restoration works through part-time residencies spanning four years. Residencies will take place at sites in Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

The Programmes Team at the Prince Claus Fund implements the flow of three Awards and ensures a smooth and transparent selection process.
