Ever since its first edition in 2006, Technarte is the event where artists, designers and researchers from all around the world meet to share their vision of the fusion between art and technology in a close and friendly atmosphere. Ever since its first edition in 2006, Technarte is the event where artists, designers and researchers from all around the world meet to share their vision of the fusion between art and technology in a close and friendly atmosphere. Speakers are sought for the next edition, taking place in Bilbao, Spain on 19 May 2023.

Technarte, TEA (Tenerife Espacio de las Artes) and ITER (Instituto Tecnológico y de Energías Renovables), in order to investigate the connections between Innovation, Art, Science and Technology in creative processes, decided to launch a programme of artistic residencies in scientific environments on the Island of Tenerife called Technarte Residency Tenerife. The goal of this programme is the creation of two artistic projects that integrate the fields of technology, science and innovation into their reflection, production and execution processes.

The next Technarte International Conference on Art and Technology will be held in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain, 18-19 November 2021. The organisers are currently looking for artists and technologists from around the world that would like to join this event as a speaker and share their vision of the fusion between art, science and technology.
