    Pépinières Européennes de Création and the Quebec Co-operative Méduse are launching a call for applications for two residencies supporting writing, curatorial, research-creation, or production projects in one or more disciplines of the visual and media/digital arts. The residencies will take place January-March 2021 and April-June 2021 in Quebec City. The call is primarily aimed at emerging artists, and artists must hold a citizenship other than Canadian.     Pépinières Européennes de Création, in partnership with Transcultures, has launched a call for online artistic projects or initiatives carried out during the COVID-19 period of lockdown. About ten projects will be selected to be given a small grant and additional visibility via the Pepinières network. Deadline: 15 May 2020.
