The Arts & Disability Forum (ADF) 2020 is a professional forum that will be held in Singapore on 19 & 20 March 2020. It brings together international and local experts to share and exchange best practices, approaches, and new innovations at the intersection between the arts and disability sectors.
The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) is proud to be a programme partner of ADF 2020. The forum is organised by Very Special Arts Singapore and the National Arts Council, supported by programme partners the SIF and British Council Singapore, and venue partner Enabling Village.
The SIF wishes to support up to 10 participants from Asian countries to travel to Singapore and attend the forum. Participants can look forward to learning the latest trends from industry leaders and to networking with key stakeholders from Singapore and the region.
Applicants should preferably:

Be a citizen of an Asian country.

Have prior experience working with the disabled community using the arts, demonstrating a strong interest in arts-based projects aimed at creating social impact.

Be conversant and able to communicate in English.

Be able to attend all components of the programme.
Successful applicants will receive:

Round-trip travel ticket between country of residence and Singapore.

Local on-the-ground transport and meals.

Accommodation for at least three nights from 17 to 20 March 2020.
The SIF will provide partial financial support to cover travel expenses at the end of the programme. Should the applicant require a caregiver to accompany the participant, nominal support will be given, subject to terms and conditions. SIF will organise additional events for sponsored participants to engage with the local arts for good ecosystem outside of the forum’s duration. Each participant will receive 650 SGD (~435 EUR).
Applicants must fully attend the Arts & Disability Forum 2020 on 19 & 20 March 2020, as well as SIF-organised events on 18 March 2020.
