The Goethe-Institut Brussels is recruiting from as soon as possible until 30 June 2025 a project assistant (f/m/d) for the EU-funded project Culture Moves Europe with a permanent employment contract, and a scope of employment of 100% (38 per week) at the Brussels site.
The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. They promote knowledge of the German language abroad and encourage international cultural exchange.
Culture Moves Europe is the largest European cultural mobility scheme. It provides mobility grants to artists and cultural professionals in all 40 Creative Europe countries. Over a period of 3 years (2022-2025), 7000 artists and cultural professionals will receive a mobility grant. It is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut.

The project assistant will work daily with the team leader and deputy project manager who have a very broad range of tasks (from communication to finances, from grants to human resources, etc). Therefore, the tasks of the project assistant also vary on a short notice. Most of the tasks imply strong collaboration with the different teams (e.g. communication, grant, etc).
Goethe-Institut offers a monthly gross salary of 3429€ - 3727€ (13.92 monthly salary), along with a range of other benefits.
