Black text of the call on a light background.

For the second consecutive year, Fundación Ama Amoedo will award 10 grants to support the Latin American artistic field, with a predominant focus on South America. The grants aim to provide resources and opportunities to strengthen the art ecosystem and its institutions.

The grants will be awarded in four categories: Artists (four grants), Art and Social Engagement (two grants), Organisations (two grants), and Publications (two grants).

Grants are intended for artists, artistic collectives, non-profit organisations, institutions and foundations that have a significant connection with Latin America, either by nationality, cultural heritage and/or the site where the project will be carried out.

Only one Grant category is allowed. Each category has specific conditions for its application. In all cases and without exception, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. In the categories where applicants apply as a group, institution, association, or foundation, one person must be designated as the project holder/legally responsible for the project, either as an individual or as a legal entity represented by its legal authority.

The selected proposals will have a period of one year to carry out the project, starting from the date the grant is awarded. Projects selected for the Publications Grant will be exempt from this deadline and will have two years to complete the project.

There will be a total of 10 grants of 10,000 USD.
