Prince Claus Fund > Mobility Grant for Women and Minority Groups / Mobility Grant in and from Africa
As part of it’s larger Mobility Fund, the Prince Claus Fund, in partnership with ASEF and the British Council, is offering two targeted mobility grants which support travel costs.
Mobility Fund 2020, in partnership with the British Council, is calling for proposals to support Mobility in and from Africa, specifically prioritising young, women and/or disabled artists and cultural practitioners from a range of African countries. Through this joint collaboration, the partners wish to assist in the professional growth and networking possibilities of emerging practitioners from Africa.
The Mobility Fund is aimed at artists and cultural professionals from the following African countries, who are looking to strengthen their cultural practice: Botswana; Ethiopia; Ghana; Kenya; Malawi; Mauritius; Mozambique; Namibia; Nigeria; Rwanda; Senegal; Sierra Leone; South Africa; South Sudan; Sudan; Tanzania; Uganda; Zambia; Zimbabwe. Eligible travel routes that would be supported include travel within the countries listed above as well as between the above listed African countries and countries listed in the DAC list.
The ASEF-Prince Claus Fund Mobility Call is issuing a joint call to support mobility for artists and cultural professionals from the following Asian countries, who are looking to strengthen their cultural practice through connecting with their counterparts in both Asia and Europe: Bangladesh; Pakistan; Cambodia; Philippines; Lao DPR; Vietnam; Myanmar; China; India; Kazakhstan; Indonesia; Malaysia; Mongolia; Thailand. The call is specifically intended for emerging artists and cultural practitioners.
