Call for Applications for JUMP – the European Music Market Accelerator
JUMP – the European Music Market Accelerator provides a framework for music professionals to develop innovative business models. It aims to help the music sector adapt to the recent transformations of the market, while encouraging it to work on a transnational level.
For its second edition in 2020, JUMP is offering two different strands:
Jump Start: For music industry professionals who want to develop and structure an idea, but need some support to make it happen.
Jump Boost: For music industry professionals who already have a great project, but need to strengthen it before it can really take off.
The programme will run March-November 2020. 15 participants will have the opportunity to work on their ideas or projects, also benefitting from an extensive training and personalised mentorship programme covering topics including fan engagement, ticketing, the creation of immersive/digital experiences, management, and legal rights.
JUMP will cover:
International travel costs (second class) to all JUMP conventions.
Accommodation costs for all JUMP conventions.
Participants should be fluent in English, have at least three years of experience in the music industry, and be the head/manager/founder/initiator of the idea or project applied for. The call is open to applicants who are over 18 years old and who are from the 28 Member States, as well as Iceland, Norway and Switzerland and the five candidate countries (Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey).
