    Art Encounters Foundation in collaboration with Niki Residency (Hannover) is launching an open call for a new international artistic residency exchange for young artists based in Timișoara. The residency will take place between July and September in Hannover, with a maximum duration of 4-6 weeks, within the platform created by the artist-run space Niki.
