Unplugged Dance invites facilitators, dance artists, educators, somatic and hands-on practitioners, dramaturgs, dance historians, and dance anthropologists to be part of the Unplugged Dance team for the educational programme from 11 May to 29 June 2025 in Lefkada, Greece.
The programme is looking for professionals who can support a better understanding of the sociopolitical dancing body by bridging its tangible nature with its intangible.
If selected, collaborators will be expected to teach one or more of a workshop, seminar, or class in English within the programme’s dates (exact dates will be confirmed upon selection). There is also a scheduled online meeting with the Unplugged Dance team of facilitators at some point before the start of the programme, between February and March 2025.
Support:
- Payment: 40 EUR per teaching hour (including taxes) / 90 EUR per mentoring session (including taxes).
- Accommodation and three vegetarian meals per day.
- Travel Expenses: 100 EUR for Greek facilitators, and up to 250 EUR for international facilitators
