What is the Teachers' Academy?
The Teachers’ Academy is an international platform for ideas and practices for teachers in artschools in Europe and beyond. Its main aim is to contribute to the professional development for lecturers in higher arts education.

Delegates have the opportunity to meet lecturers from all over the world, presenting innovative working methods and practices, and are invited to explore and engage with the exhibitions and performances of the ELIA NEU/NOW LIVE Festival.

The 3 day programme offers keynote speeches, presentations, workshops and panel discussions. The in-depth exchange of ideas at the ELIA Teachers’ Academy in Utrecht will provide a critical framework for informed discussions on selected work presented in the NEU/NOW LIVE Festival in Amsterdam.

Teachers' Academy Participants Will...

+ Share their latest ideas and practices with international colleagues.
