The TBCK Forward residency programme focuses on women artists and cultural professionals from Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia).
This call is for residencies in two programmes:
- TBCK Forward, open to women artists and professionals working in the fields of film, sound art, media art, artistic research, and dramaturgy. The residency is for one month between July-September 2023. Provides a stipend of 500 EUR, travel expenses for the return trip to Košice, and accommodation at Tabačka Kulturfabrik.
- TBCK Forward Perform, open to individuals or collectives in the fields of performing arts, physical theatre, contemporary dance, and new circus, where proposals by women artists who aspire to reflect and empower women worldwide will be given special attention. The residency is for two weeks between July-September 2023. Provides a stipend of 1000 EUR, travel expenses for the return trip to Košice, and accommodation (max. 4 people).
