Santarcangelo •12 Festival Internazionale del Teatro in Piazza invites a group of Italian and international young critics (under 35), who are interested into an exchange and dialogue with the contemporary theatre scene, to take part to the Festival (July 13^th - July 22^nd 2012).

The Festival offers accommodation in dorms for three nights -depending on the availability- and free access to all performances, organising a forum for exchanging of ideas and experiences, scheduled on July 16^th.

The oldest experimental italian theater Festival to date, gets to its 42^nd festival, hosting and merging several artistic streams, and setting them in close relation to the city community. Santarcangelo •12 marks the beginning of the new three-year-project, 2012-2014, with a new collective of curators at work: Silvia Bottiroli as artistic director, Rodolfo Sacchettini and Cristina Ventrucci as co-directors.
