Visegrad Fund > New York Residencies for Artists from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia (USA)
Visegrad Fund is supporting four artist residencies (one for each V4 country) at Art in General, an exhibition and residency space in Brooklyn, New York. The residency period is approximately 3 months, taking place between August and October 2020.
Applicants should be visual artists from V4 countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia), and should have a good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Current students are not eligible, and applicants that haven’t received art scholarships in New York in the past are preferred.
Each artist will receive €4000 as an all-inclusive fee to support living and travel costs, as well as other costs related to the residency.
