Freemuse > External evaluation needed!

Freemuse is an international human rights organisation advocating for and defending freedom of artistic expression. They are independent of any political ideology, economic interest or religion and have UN ECOSOC special consultative status. The organisation’s combined research, advocacy and campaigning activities has led to Freemuse becoming one of the most influential and authoritative voices in this field.

The evaluation seeks to

1) establish whether Freemuse is achieving what it set out to achieve in its three-year strategic plan (2016-2018) set against a rapidly changing global context and climate of freedom of artistic expression

and

2) determine whether Freemuse’s activities are and/or continue to be  relevant, cost-effective, efficient and sustainable.

The evaluation should adopt a gender lens and reflect on Freemuse’s effectiveness in gender mainstreaming across all areas of its work.

Freemuse will pay up to 35,000 EURO for this evaluation. The fee is all-inclusive and no other costs can be incurred. The evaluation team is responsible for doing their own tax requirements with their appropriate tax authorities.

Deadline: 23 November 2018
