The organisers are looking for a creative facilitator from Asia.
Estimated 30-35 days of work. Guideline budget $5,000-7,500 USD (negotiable) Travel expenses will be covered.
Creative facilitator: a person designing and implementing structure and process for a group to follow, so that they can meet their individual and shared goals. This could be through discussion, activities, work assignments and event. The facilitator is a guide for the group, and should help to bring the best out of each member in the group. Bringing energy to the way that the group interacts, and making group members feel safe and supported and like they have achieved something. Making it easy and enjoyable for people to work together.
