Grants for Cultural Exchanges and Collaborative Projects with Personnel between Taiwan and Central/ Latin America
This grant is to foster deeper and more diverse collaboration in the arts among the cultural communities of Central / Latin America, Caribbean, and Taiwan.
From exhibitions and performances to writing, filmmaking, or research projects, all interesting collaborative projects on aspects of Taiwan’s culture or society are welcome. The collaborative portion of the project comes from having a Taiwan-based partner such as a school, civic group, or legal entity.
For the 2018 open call of this grants' programme, candidates can apply from any of the 33 eligible Central / Latin American or Caribbean nations: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Granada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, México, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Surinam, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Grants will be awarded in amounts up to N$3 million (US$215,500) per project – NT$1.5 million for project implementation and NT$1.5 million for project promotion.
