The Financial Mechanism Office – the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants – is recruiting an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant provides extensive administrative support and assistance for the FMO, including general administrative support functions, and assistance in document and records management. The Administrative Assistant will be part of the Administration and HR Unit. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Head of the Administration and HR Unit.
This position is open to nationals of the EEA EFTA States (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) and nationals of the member states of the European Union.
