Tate Exchange is an open experiment that seeks to explore the role of art in society.
As the Head of Tate Exchange you will play a critical role in delivering the next stage of the Tate Exchange journey. The role is a senior level position where you will implement the vision, strategy and programme of Tate Exchange whilst being an integral part of the wider Learning Leadership Team.
You will be an exceptional candidate with an excellent knowledge of contemporary participatory art and learning theories and practices, a significant record in delivering strategy and managing complex, large-scale programmes as well as substantial proven project management skills.
Your knowledge of British, modern and contemporary art and culture, excellent financial management skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence and work collaboratively to deliver results set you apart. Clear thinking and ability to work with ambiguity are key to the role as are proven leadership and people management skills.
