European Music Incubator > Open call (training programme)

European Music Incubator is an experimental training program for European emerging musicians who want to develop a long-term career grounded in entrepreneurial mindset and reaching beyond the traditional framework of popular music.
The program is considering the diversification of activities as a key-factor to diversify sources of income and to reach a wider audience.

European Music Incubator will provide the finalist with the following:

Develop an entrepreneurial mindset (5 dedicated workshops)

  • Licensing & sync copyrights

  • Monetizing music

  • Creating a mood-board

  • Conducting a workshop

  • Ecosystem and public policy

Connect with other creative sector (5 dedicated workshops)

  • Digital teaching

  • Culture-oriented tourism

  • Curator & playlist

  • Soundtracks for movies & videogames

  • Music & brands

Learn and get inspired

  • Mentoring sessions during 5 months
  • 2 Collaborative Lab meetings
  • 1 European event

Foster a European mobility

  • Travel through 5 European countries (France, UK, Estonia, Italia, Croatia)

  • Connect with the European music ecosystem

  • Create your own European network

Get massive exposure

  • Promotion on European Music Incubator communication tools (website, social media, print, digital handbook, European & professional events…)

  • Cross-Promotion by European Music Incubator partners, among other

Costs (travel expenses, accommodation, subsistence) for workshops, Collaborative Lab meeting, mentoring sessions and the final European event will be covered by Trempolino as leader of the project. Each finalist will receive €1400 as fee for her/his participation in the program. Musician production fee will be also covered by the organizers.

European Music Incubator is open to all artists from each partner’s local area who would like to benefit from this program that fit the selection criteria, eg: Croatia, Estonia, Genova/Italia, Liverpool/UK and Pays-de-la-Loire/France.
