ScripTeast - a workshop for script writers

Independent Film Foundation is organizing ScripTeast because there is huge undeveloped potential in scriptwriting in this part of the world. The aim is to select the best Eastern and Central European scripts and their authors, and help them become renowned worldwide.

The method of work chosen for ScripTeast are one-on-one meetings of the internationally acclaimed scriptwriters, directors and producers with authors of 10-12 selected scripts from the region. After that, ScripTeast provides its participants with an opportunity to write a new version of their script in consultation with a chosen Creative Advisor, as well as one of the Heads of Studies in the program. The ScripTeast Lab lasts for 7 days between late September and early October and is held in Poland.
