Dance Video Academy 2012 - Linz, Austria

For the first time we are organizing a dance video academy in Linz, Autria, at the RedSapata Tanzfabrik, a contemporary dance network organization which recently moved to the Tabakfabrik Linz, a new hotspot in town.

Since some time we are thinking about supporting the dance film genre and how to approach local and international artists to deal with dance on screen. So our first tool is this one: we teach you how to do it!

The project-oriented workshop for dance video will be held from the 2nd of September (arrival date) till the 9th of September (departure date) and is open to all international artists who want to dive into the art of dance film making.

The deadline for the application is the 15th of July 2012. We reserved a second deadline in case we need to make a clearer selection: 15th of August 2012.
