After Warsaw, On the Move was in Cardiff, Wales for its General Assembly and related meetings, hosted by Wales Arts International on 5-6 April 2017. Represented On the Move's members were: Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute (Poland); Arts and Theatre Institute (Czech Republic), DutchCulture / TransArtists, Fresh Arts Coalition Europe-FACE, IETM, Trans Europe Halles, RES ARTIS, Circostrada, MobiCulture (France), Russian Theatre Federation, IG Kultur Austria, JMEvents, ITI Germany, IGBK, Teaterunionen - Swedish ITI, Wales Arts International and Marta Gracia (individual).
The ArtCOP21 Professional Workshop gathered in Paris on 3-4 December 2015 more than 150 representatives from the arts and culture from over 30 countries. The ArtCOP21 Professional Workshop aimed to foster cross-sector dialogues through the exchange of best practice and to highlight the necessity of focused support and funding mechanisms to consolidate the leadership of the cultural sector with regards to sustainable development and environmental sustainability. Circostrada with On the Move > European Funded Projects 2016 Guide focused on Circus and Streets Arts
Realised by Circostrada in partnership with On the Move, the "European Funded Projects 2016" guide presents the EU-funded projects taking place over June 2015 and throughout 2016, within the European Union and beyond, in circus and street arts, and to some extent in creation in public space.
Created in close collaboration with the artist David Franklin through a staff exchange with Art Motile, On the Move is pleased to share a visual mapping of the 750+ news articles it shared on its website in 2016.This concise document presents data about the type of cultural mobility funding opportunities the network is signposting, the disciplines they cover, as well as the regional origin of funding and its various destinations in terms of regional beneficiaries.

Ce guide des fondations privées en France, Financements Art + Culture + International, vise à compléter le ‘Guide des Opportunités de Financements de la Mobilité des Artistes et des Professionnels de la Culture pour la France’ , en mettant en avant principalement des fondations d’entreprises ou familiales privées qui soutiennent des projets ou des initiatives artistiques (toutes disciplines confondues) ayant une dimension européenne et/ou internationale.
On the Move's mobility info points - organisations mostly or partly dealing with providing free information on administrative aspects related to cultural mobility* - met in Berlin on 2-4 November. * visas, social protection, taxation etc.
On the Move secretariat will benefit, till March 2017, from a static staff exchange with staff from its member-organisations (eg. Art Motile, DutchCulture / TransArtists and Trans Europe Halles - Rojc Alliance). A static staff exchange may sound curious for a network like On the Move dealing with artists and cultural professionals' mobility! However our office being mobile, this is the easiest way we found to have our members - through dedicated and engaged staff- contribute to On the Move's website contents, analysis of data and/or evaluation. On the Move's general assembly was held on 19 May in Warsaw following the invitation of its member, the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute. On the Move representatives took also part in special networking meetings, a discussion with Eastern Partnership countries' special guests and in a training on digital innovation and communication.
Creative Tracks is a European project designed to connect existing networks of young entrepreneurs active in the cultural and creative sectors across the world.On the Move is part of this EU funded project (Creative Europe) together with Inova+, KEA, Addict, the Roberto Cimetta Fund and Librios.

This web-repertory, done with the support of Korea Arts Management Service and its platform theApro- aims to provide European artists, cultural professionals and organisations with tips and resources for their first mobility experiences in Korea.
This E-connector - supported by ASEF Culture360 in partnership with the Luxemburgish Agency for Cultural Affairs and Planting Rice - comes in the form of a glossary which will help to tackle some key issues related to the mobility of artists and cultural professionals between Asia and Europe, be it for touring, residency, collaborations, training, meeting participation, exploration visit for a project, job shadowing experience and more.
