The Saison Foundation: Special Calls for Residence in Morishita Studio / Visiting Fellows Program (Japan)
The Saison Foundation is a grant-making foundation established in July 1987 that supports projects and activities related to contemporary Japanese theater and dance in order to increase the visibility of contemporary Japanese performing arts (theater, dance, and performance art) on a worldwide level. This special call is open to artists and art managers and the deadline to request the application forms is 16 December.

Annually since 1991, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art of Bourges (France)/ ENSA has been providing residencies, with the backing of the Regional Cultural Affairs Office and France's Centre Region. These residencies are intended to give young artists from France and other countries the chance to carry out personal research projects in association with the school, its teachers, its students and any other outside partner of their choice. The Organisation of Iberoamerican States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) continues to support mobility in the cultural sector through the release of a new initiative, the Iberoamerican Program of Mobility for Artists and Cultural Managers. First call expected in February 2014.
The goal of the challenge is to bring together art and technology, artists with technologies, and to unleash the huge potential of mixing the creativity and perspective of artists with the nowadays powerful open hardware technologies. 12,000 euros gross as fees and a grant of up to 2,000 euros gross for travel, accommodation and expenses. The Grants scheme aims at supporting sustainable international working contacts and exchange of book professionals from Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine with colleagues from the EU countries as well as from the countries of the Eastern Neighborhood. The grants scheme is part of the Book Platform project funded by the European Union in the framework of the EuroEast Culture Programme.
