Nordic Artists' Centre Dale (Norway) - Open call for artists in residence
The A-I-R program encourages international contacts for artists and focuses on visual arts including design, architecture and locally rooted practice. Professional artists, designers, architects and independent curators are eligible to apply. The residency includes a monthly grant and support of travel expenses, among others. Deadline: 15 March.

The Roberto Cimetta Fund is launching the second 2013 open call for travel grants 2013. Artists and cultural operators living and working in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa can apply in Arabic, English or French. NEXT THINGS 2013–NEXT SPACE
This contest seeks innovative ideas on the Internet of Things in the context of art, technology and architecture: art that uses objects / spaces-online / smart, as a means or re-framed art, restates and reflects on what might be the role of the Internet of Things in relation to physical space. The call is open to all artists who move in the space between art and technology. LABoral offers a 6-month stay in Spain in its spaces, to develop the idea into a concrete project; a honorarium and travel costs among others are covered. Deadline: 15 March.

TANDEM – Cultural Managers Exchanges Turkey–European Union 2013–2014
We are looking for 15 cultural managers from different EU countries and 15 cultural managers from Turkey to take part in this intensive year-long cross-cultural exchange project, which is designed to create new partnerships and to bring innovative creative projects to new audiences across Europe - laying the foundations for sustainable collaboration between cultural change-makers. The programme offers small grants for Tandem creative projects, as well as reimbursing travel and living expenses for the exchange visits, and shared learning sessions with experienced trainers. Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts 2013 (Austria) - grants
Some 90 grants, usually covering tuition costs only, are available for participation in one of the classes at the Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts next summer (22 July - 31 August 2013). Additional subsidies for travel and living costs are offered and the deadline for applications is 10 April.

CEI Fellowship for writers in residence 2013
The CEI Fellowship for Writers in Residence - awarded in collaboration with the Slovene Writers Association - is an award aimed at encouraging cross-border cooperation and promotion in the field of literature for young writers (under 35) from Central European countries not yet part of the European Union. This new residency at Gasworks aims to support the development of art practices that might not normally thrive within existing residency models.
