Korea-Australia Connection initiative - Call for applications for performing arts professionals and presenters
The Korea Arts Management Service (KAMS) and the Australia Council for the Arts have partnered on the Korea-Australia Connection Initiative to support performing arts professionals to research and develop new collaborative projects. The applications for presenters are open by Wednesday 11 December 2013, while for performing arts professionals by Friday 20 December 2013.
The Freedom Theatre’s Applied Theatre Program is looking for a full-time Coordinator for the March Freedom Ride. The Coordinator will engage in direct liaison with participant communities, client organizations and other departments of The Freedom Theatre. The Coordinator will also be responsible for managing, coordinating and administering the 2014 Freedom Ride and various training programs and events. Deadline: 31 December.
28th Pflasterspektakel -International Street Art Festival Linz (Austria) - call for artists and groups
For over 25 years the Pflasterspektakel has transformed the city centre of Linz into a place of international street art at the highest level. The International Street Art Festival Linz is the most popular cultural event of the region with more than 220.000 visitors. Deadline for applications: 27 January 2014.

The Arches’ festival of international performance / Behaviour (Glasgow, Scotland, UK): Call for Artists, Producers and Arts Collectives
The Festival is looking for a dynamic artist/producer/collective to work with The Arches to create an immersive and innovative clubbing/party experience which will appeal to a wide variety of people, using the space in new ways and showcasing some of the most exciting national or international artists around. The Saison Foundation: Special Calls for Residence in Morishita Studio / Visiting Fellows Program (Japan)
The Saison Foundation is a grant-making foundation established in July 1987 that supports projects and activities related to contemporary Japanese theater and dance in order to increase the visibility of contemporary Japanese performing arts (theater, dance, and performance art) on a worldwide level. This special call is open to artists and art managers and the deadline to request the application forms is 16 December.

Annually since 1991, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art of Bourges (France)/ ENSA has been providing residencies, with the backing of the Regional Cultural Affairs Office and France's Centre Region. These residencies are intended to give young artists from France and other countries the chance to carry out personal research projects in association with the school, its teachers, its students and any other outside partner of their choice. The Organisation of Iberoamerican States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) continues to support mobility in the cultural sector through the release of a new initiative, the Iberoamerican Program of Mobility for Artists and Cultural Managers. First call expected in February 2014.
The goal of the challenge is to bring together art and technology, artists with technologies, and to unleash the huge potential of mixing the creativity and perspective of artists with the nowadays powerful open hardware technologies. 12,000 euros gross as fees and a grant of up to 2,000 euros gross for travel, accommodation and expenses.
