The status of the artist in Belgium
Belgium is home to many artists On the Move. A new professional status has been applicable to artists in Belgium since 1 July 2003. In order to meet the questions regarding this status, the Kunstenloket published a brochure which explains the various legal aspects of the status in a convenient and understandable manner.
The brochure is available in Dutch, English and French.
The Kunstenloket provides information and advice to anyone who has questions about the commercial and legal aspects of an artistic activity.

Le statut d'artiste en Belgique.
Depuis le 1er juillet 2003, les artistes jouissent d'un nouveau statut social. Pour répondre aux questions concernant ce statut, le Kunstenloket a élaboré une brochure dans laquelle les différents aspects juridiques sont expliqués de manière claire et synoptique.
